We are delighted to show a new collection of original paintings by artist Tom Armstrong. Based in Hawkes Bay and still kicking, Tom prefers to let the work do the talking. “I paint what I see,” he says, quoting Picasso: “Painting is a blind man's profession.” He has been a painter for over 30 years, his paintings draw from a rich and strange mix of art history, literature, personal memory and pop culture, all filtered through a vivid, idiosyncratic lens. 

The new collection will be installed at our Herne Bay gallery from 2nd September to view as well as being online.
