Stephanie Postles is a contemporary New Zealand painter, working from her studio in the foothills of the Southern Alps. Her practice is distinguished by a vibrant palette and intricate patterning, through which she explores themes of identity, place and memory, often drawing inspiration from the chromatic intensity and emotional resonance inherent in interior and domestic spaces.

Stephanie has been recognised as a finalist in the Molly Morpeth Canaday and NZ Painting and Printmaking Awards. She has actively exhibited in multiple group and large scale solo exhibitions across New Zealand, with works held in private collections.

Postles obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Whitecliffe College of Fine Arts in 2015. She recently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Painting from Ilam School of Fine Arts, Christchurch, in 2025, and continues to exhibit nationally.
