Jacqueline is an Auckland based ceramics artist who has been creating wheel thrown objects for the past 5 years. When she discovered clay there was no doubt that this was opening a door to a whole new world of creativity for her.
The love for ceramics started through doing courses at Auckland Studio Potters, a great place to try dabbling in new techniques. Her niche at the moment is vases, both for visual and functional purpose. Some are more traditional in form but Jacqueline’s passion is for the more quirky.
Most of her vessels are wheel thrown using a variety of clays and glazes, but Stoneware and Porcelain are the two main clays used for the current gallery collections.
